Learning Center Enrollment
    To be considered for enrollment each child must have on file a completed Application Information Sheet, and a one-time nonrefundable application fee of $50.00. That form and fee will place your child on the active waitlist.

    Each January current families re-enroll. Early March all class assignments are confirmed and new families are notified by mail. New enrollment is confirmed when a one-week deposit and all paperwork deadlines are met. The deposit is credited to the last week’s tuition when a 2-week notice is given if leaving the center. Enrollment is for year-round care.
Infant (newborn-2 years) Enrollment

    In addition to following the enrollment steps above, there is a holding fee for infant placement. A holding fee is equal to one day's tuition. The holding fee is billed and payment is due weekly for the weeks between enrollment confirmation and your child’s first day in our care. The fee is credited to your account and is applied to payment once your child is in our care for 2 weeks. The deposit and the holding fee are not refunded if you withdraw your child before the first 2 weeks of attendance.
